Accommodations for CIDER 2010

 

CIDER Summit 2010 will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Santa Ana/Orange County. The Doubletree Hotel Santa Ana/Orange County Airport is located in the heart of Orange County business districts for the cities of Irvine, Tustin, and Costa Mesa, California. With easy access to the 405, 55 and 5 Freeways, our full service hotel is minutes from Orange County's John Wayne Airport (SNA), and only six miles from the beautiful beaches of sunny southern California; Newport, Laguna and Huntington Beach.

CIDER Summit Room Block Deadline: June 16, 2010


A limited room block has been reserved for the 2010 CIDER Summit, giving CIDER conference attendees the option of staying at the conference hotel at the discounted rate of $112.00 per night, which is subject to 11% occupancy tax.  To reserve on a first come, first serve basis, please contact the Doubletree reservation line at (800) 768-0608 and ask for group booking code CDS.

Transportation & Parking

The Doubletree Hotel Santa Ana/Orange County Airport will offer complimentary parking for conference attendees. The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle that to and from the SNA airport. The shuttle operates from 5:30 am - 11:00 pm.

Cancellations: Fee for cancellation before June 16th will be refunded, minus a $50.00 administrative fee.  Fees for cancellation on or after June 17th will be forfeited.
